This firstPACE course is led by Dr. David Olson and designed to teach biomedical innovation and entrepreneurship to the non-traditional learner. Dr. Olson will provide a structured biomedical innovation and commercialization education experience while also sharing his adventures as a young entrepreneur and start-up business successor.
With any new invention entering the market it is critical to examine potential risks to help shape a business plan. This session focuses on innovation strategies valuable for new ventures to evaluate the associated risks to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
